The motifs in this series of prints were created by isolating conjunctives and other 'non-keywords' from a text such as AND, OF, THE & BY, inverting the concept of how keywords can up to identify the subject of a text.
When layered on top of one another, the conjunctions form interesting ‘anti-words’; giving the illusion of a real word initially but later revealing itself as anything but real.
